D.Sc. in engineering, professor, international trainer Ing-PAEDIGIP. After graduation from Moscow Technological Food Institute (now FSFEI HE “ROSBIOTECH”), gained qualification in engineering “Fermentation technologies”. Worked in ROSBIOTECH, all-Russian research institute of brewing, non-alcoholic and wine-making industry (held classes of fermentation technologies), all-union correspondence food industry institute; carried out scientific research, gave lectures, managed the laboratory in all-Russian research institute and academic chairs in ROSBIOTECH.

At present – the scientific adviser of LLC “BAS”, consults beer and beverage companies in the field of technological process improvement of special company conditions and product quality.

13 Ph.D. theses have been defended under her lead. An author of 400 scientific and technical papers; 13 patents, 2 federal training beer and beverage technology books, guidelines for brewing labs, a scientific editor of monographs for brewing art, issued in Germany.  
 
A member of the Expert Council of the Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation, represents the company in TK 175 “Brewing products and beverages”, the scientific editor of the publishing office “Food industry”, a member of the expert panel, the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles, Dissertation Advisory and Ph.D. Committee.

Awarded the medal "In the memory of Moscow's 850 years”, a gold medal “Honored worker of the Russian brewing industry”, a commemorative medal in honor of the 220th anniversary of the Russian beet sugar industry, has the title of the Honorary worker of the Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
