After graduating from the technical college, worked as an electrician, equipment adjuster, mechanical technician in different companies.
In 1994 graduated from Moscow Part-time Food Institute in specialty “Fermentation technology”.
In 1982 worked in Rzhev brewing plant as an engineer-mechanic.
Since 1986 till present – Head of the Rzhev brewing plant for 41 years

In 1999 was awarded a Governor’s Certificate “For great achievements and charity work in the city of Rzhev.
In 2000, by Presidential Decree, was awarded the title “For contribution to the development of the Tver Region”.
In September of 2004 – Certificate of Merit of the Head of Rzhev.
